The beach is only about a minute away on foot, and Khao Takiab mountain temple is nearby. There’s also a 7-11 roughly five minutes away. We’d stayed before in the neighboring Sand house, which had a similar layout but a different theme. This time we booked the four-bedroom Sea theme house with my family for four nights, though they left after two. Mosquitoes were the biggest problem: the stairs to the rooms are open to the outside, and two bedroom doors have gaps, so they don’t keep them out. Quite a few got in overnight. We asked staff to reduce the breakfast after my family left. They brought it the next morning, but didn’t return to collect the tray or service the house during the last two nights, so the towels weren’t changed and the rubbish wasn’t emptied.

Mosquitoes made it hard to sit and unwind by the pool at night. The villa has a small pool in the middle, with parking for two cars out front. It’s built for six to eight people, with white, green, and blue wood tones. Every bedroom and the living room have air conditioning. Breakfast is delivered in the morning, and there are lots of spots around the place for photos.

There are lots of great photo spots here, even in the bathroom. We really loved the place, and every room had a lovely design with a little pineapple detail.

The house was just as lovely as it looked in the photos, and everything inside was tidy and spotless. Staff greeted us and helped with our bags, and a security guard stayed out front at night. The beach is so close, less than a minute's walk for a swim. I was really impressed.
