I didn’t have a good stay. The owner and staff didn’t communicate properly, and they didn’t seem to care about the residents at all.

For around 600-700 baht, the room is spacious, clean and comes with parking. The beach is within walking distance, and there’s a really nice view from the rooftop. Staff are very friendly. Recommended.

The worst part of my stay was the way the owner handled a complaint about alleged stains. After I left my room at 11:00 AM on the second day, the owner messaged me around 3:00 PM to say there was blood on the sheet and a stain on a towel, and tried to charge me 800 THB. I had no injuries and no reason to leave blood. The towel marks could have come from the rusty towel rack, and the photos they sent didn’t show that they were from my room. I wasn’t there when they were taken. By the time I got back, the sheet and towels had been replaced, so there was nothing left to show the damage came from me. I’d have taken responsibility if I’d caused it, but there was no clear proof. The owner’s tone felt unprofessional and made me too uncomfortable to stay, so I checked out early. I’d booked three nights at 700 THB a night, 2,100 THB total, but stayed only one. They gave no refund for the remaining two nights and still tried to add the 800 THB charge without proper evidence. I still haven’t received a refund. The room itself was quite old. The air conditioner was outdated and didn’t cool properly, there was rust on the towel rack and shower, and the water smelled unpleasant. Wi-Fi didn’t work on the second floor, and I was told to use the third. The room condition and, especially, the owner’s attitude and handling of the situation were very disappointing. I’d advise others to think carefully before booking.
