The pool really stood out, it’s long and has separate areas for kids and adults. The place was comfortable and well kept, though there’s no restaurant or room service.

The apartment was clean and the swimming pool was huge. It’s quite far from the beaches and other attractions, though.

I’ve been renting a room here month to month for a year, and it hasn’t worked well for me. The water is poor quality, with mud in it, and nothing seems to be done about it. Even though I pay the water utility, they keep asking me to pay the bills, which is really frustrating. Maintenance and painting seem to go on all year. Residents lose parking spaces, and there’s dust everywhere. The netting on my balcony is damaged, so I can’t use it, and the condominium offers no help. If you lose your keys, they tell you to call and pay an outsourced locksmith. It might be fine for a short stay, but living here has been inefficient for me.

As a college student, I’ve found the room, facilities, staff, and surroundings pretty great for the price. It’s not too expensive, and most things are good. The rooms don’t block sound very well, though, and there aren’t many parking spaces. 😉😉
