The kitchen is very well equipped, and the property is handy for 7-Eleven, CJ, and food options. There is parking inside for 5 cars. The location itself is nice, but rooms A and B aren't soundproof, and traffic noise from motorcycles and cars carried loudly all night because the accommodation is beside the road. The second floor near the waterslide needs cleaning. It looked untouched, with thick dust. There were also 3 bits of broken glass in the pool on the day I stayed. Luckily, none cut me.

Ice costs 210฿ a bag, and charcoal is probably 60฿ for a small bag. The housekeeper seemed unwilling to work. We stayed two nights, and they said they wouldn't clean on the second day unless we called. We said they could come anytime, but they still insisted we had to call to avoid customer complaints. So on day two we called again, as they'd said. We asked if they could clean the living room but leave the bedroom. It isn't even very big, and we'd already put the trash in black bags. She said, "How do you want me to clean? Just take the trash out of the bin, that's all. I won't clean anything else." I was stunned. At other places, they cleaned like a brand new hotel and always asked for our consent. Here it felt like we had to beg. There were four towels in the room, but we used only two. When changing towels, she kept stressing in a very unpleasant tone that there were four. I explained that we'd only used two, so we'd changed two at checkout. There was also a stained towel when we checked in. She said, "Room A has one stained towel." We checked and, yes, it was stained. We started to say, "It should wash out," but she cut in: "If it washes out, then go wash it! Go wash it! Use the soap and wash it. If it comes out, it will." We weren't trying to avoid an extra charge, just saying it could be washed out. She spoke politely at first, then raised her voice and told us to wash it. We did it in the bathroom, and it came out without scrubbing. Her response was really rude. Good thing we didn't have to pay her extra.

We had 16 people and stayed comfortably. The rooms are divided into four zones, each with a double bed, and ours was clean, with beds and white towels. The kitchen has everything you need, from kitchenware to a hot pot and shabu-shabu pot. For a private pool villa with The Gang, I'd recommend this place. It's near shops for fresh and dry goods, and you can order ice and drinks. There's karaoke and a pool table too. The staff and owner are very attentive. 👍

Everyone had a blast, and we'll definitely come back. The pool villa was clean and safe, priced affordably, and just like the pictures. So much fun!
