Modern Grand Resort

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, though the room and bathroom are both on the small side. At 500 baht, there’s no refrigerator. The TV keeps switching itself off every half hour, and since the remote doesn’t work, I have to turn it back on by hand. You can also hear geckos now and then.

We checked in on the night of the 6th and checked out two nights before the 9th. Then a staff member called to say we’d taken the resort’s blankets and towels and asked us to bring them back. I was confused that they’d only just cleaned the room and apparently hadn’t checked the CCTV footage properly. A mix-up can happen, but calling a customer to accuse them like that was unacceptable. When we asked what was going on, they hung up. Terrible service. I hate being treated that way.

Everyone was so kind and friendly that the place felt like a family. The service was excellent, and if I get the chance to visit Trang again, I’ll definitely stay here. no.944

I arrived expecting it to be good after reading the reviews, but I was disappointed. The water pressure was weak, and there was no wifi.
