The rooms were tidy and clean, and the place has a good reputation and rating. It's centrally located near the night market and Big C, with lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

Everyone I met on staff was lovely, from reception and the manager to the maid. The manager speaks English, and the maid knows a little too. My room cost 450 baht a night, or 9000 baht for a month. It had a really comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, plenty of well-placed outlets, and two glass bottles of water each day. The bathroom dispensers had body wash and shampoo, and I appreciated the grab handle for disabled guests. Mosquito screens on the balcony door and window let me open them without worrying about mosquitoes getting in. I did find dust on top of the wardrobe, and one bulb in the room didn't work.

The bed was super comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The bathroom had some mould buildup and could use a bit of attention. Hosts were very friendly, and restaurants and supermarkets are just a stone's throw away.

I'd stay here again. I spent two days here in the middle of March, in two different second-floor rooms, and came back after checking out. There's no lift, and the rooms had small balconies. The staff I met were welcoming and answered my questions. The rooms weren't perfect, but for the price they were wonderful. I had a fridge, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, two bottles of water, towels, a couch, and TV, with no problems. Big C, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and 7-Eleven are all within walking distance.
