The room I picked was only 600 baht, and it had the basics I needed: a private bathroom, TV, little table, air conditioning, hot water, and a comfortable bed. My Danish husband and I were visiting Kaeng Krachan for the first time, and a park ranger had suggested Kanyapa Resort. When the water heater stopped working on check-in day, the owner quickly moved us to another room without any fuss. Her kindness and thoughtful service really stayed with me. She said she cares about her customers, and I'd definitely come back. 😊

The room is very basic, but it works. The shower gets hot, the air conditioning gets cold, and at 600b a night, what do you expect? The booking issue seems to be with OYO, not the hotel. OYO, booking.com, and Agoda still list it and take bookings, even though the hotel no longer works with those companies. Contact the hotel and book directly so you don't have to request a cancellation through an app.

We had a lovely time here. The hosts made us feel welcome, and the grounds are beautiful, with nature all around. There's a large lake and a national park nearby. Thank you!

The owners are accommodating, and the food is good. The small room really is cramped, though. The bigger units look much nicer, but they cost more.

The courtyard is stylish, with exotic trees all through it. The accommodation is also well placed for Kaeng Kranchan Visitor Centre and Monkey Island, close to the National Park.
