We paid for five nights but had to leave after two days because of flight changes, and the owner wouldn’t refund any amount. A shame. The place is quiet but a bit far out. Every trip out requires a taxi, even to the supermarket. The villa was very dirty, so we had to call for cleaning. After it was cleaned and the WiFi was working, we eventually moved to another villa. Then the pool was dirty too, and we had to call the pool guy.

SCAM ALERT! Don’t buy this property! A friend paid for two houses. One was never finished being built, and the chanote for the other was never transferred. There’s no juristic office, no security, and no proper management. Legal action is useless!

The water from the taps, toilets, and showers was yellow or brown, so we had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. The washroom and kitchen sinks didn’t work properly, and one sink leaked. The place was old, with worn furniture, a TV that didn’t work, slow WiFi, and not enough utensils for the number of guests. The electricity went out for many hours, leaving us without AC or lights, and nobody came to fix it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want a relaxing stay.

I love this place. It’s quite inconvenient without your own transport, but with a scooter it’s the best. Very spacious and clean, with a comfy bed, nice pool, good service, and a reasonable price.

The bedrooms look nice and the pool is good, but the toilet drains poorly, the WiFi was down, and the house smelled of sewage. The light switches kept tripping, and you can’t lock the gate from inside. You also have to pay your own electricity bills 🙁
