The rooftop pool was a nice surprise, so make sure to check it out. Breakfast was good, and there's a washing machine you can use anytime. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the service was very nice. The room was okay for the price, a bit old but still comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. The one letdown was the shower, the water pressure was basically zero.

We spent a week here, and it was quiet and peaceful. The terrace view was amazing, and there was a pool too. It's not far from the main road or the beach, so finding restaurants is easy. There's a waterfall about 45 minutes from the hotel, and you can book day trips through the hotel, including phi phi island or carnival. The room was very clean. Coffee and bananas were always available in the lobby, and everyone at reception was helpful and friendly. Puky made the trip more fun and memorable. We'd totally choose this hotel again and recommend it to anyone going to phuket.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but went there for breakfast every day. For 150 THB, you get a nice plate with sausages, egg, toast, a little salad, and some juice. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and cold water are included too. The service is very friendly. Recommended!

We had a suite/penthouse on the 6th floor and left with mixed feelings. The bed was comfortable and clean, the toilet was clean, and the room was large. It had a full-size fridge with freezer, the staff were friendly, and the small rooftop pool was nice. The rest of the cleanliness was a real letdown. The fridge had obvious grime from the last guest, the tables were dirty and smeared, the shower had lots of spots, and the bathroom mirror was marked with toothpaste. The couch was made of a rubbery material that felt unpleasant to sit on. The kitchen had its own sink, but there was no dish soap, kitchen towel, or sponge for washing the glasses, cups, and plates. It made me wonder how housekeeping cleaned them. Several things listed in the room inventory were missing too, including wine glasses, and there was only one longdrink glass. It felt like this had once been a luxury suite, but that was a long time ago and nobody had kept it to that standard. Now it's mostly just a large, dirty room with traces of its former glory.
