The location has plenty going for it, but our stay was a bad experience because of the service. For three days the water ran orange, the toilet looked awful, and the room smelled strongly of iron. They did fix the water issue, but we still paid the full rate and got no apology or discount. The owner also answered reviews rated three stars or lower rudely, accusing guests of being ungrateful. That reflects more on the owner than on us. The place has potential, so take this as feedback: the service and guest experience need work. Kind regards, Mr Myklevold.

We had a really enjoyable stay here. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were so friendly, and the restaurant on site was excellent. The beach is only about a minute away on foot. 🌴🍹😊

A quiet, clean and well-organized hotel, with very kind staff and a nice Thai feel. The pool had toys for the kids, including balls and water guns, and the beach was close by. I really enjoyed staying here.

The pool was the one good part of this accommodation. Everything else felt broken and run-down, and the owner was extremely rude, the most unpleasant man. I’ve never felt so unwelcome on holiday. The receptionist was the only person who made us feel welcome. I’ve been to Phuket more than 25 times, and this experience was so unbecoming. A Thai experience is supposed to come with smiles!

A lovely little family-run place with a warm atmosphere and a nice pool bar. The location worked perfectly for the beach, the SMART Bus, and local attractions, and the price was very reasonable. I’m already looking forward to coming back. The only thing missing was more time off from my boss. I’d absolutely stay again, it gets 100% from me in this price bracket.
