Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay Hotel

The resort’s setting and ocean view are beautiful, and the private pool offers a lot of privacy. We stayed in a Premium Pool Suite Ocean View from 14-16 February 2026, and the manager handled our concerns professionally. The hotel also offered breakfast and a 30-minute foot massage as compensation, which we appreciated. There was a loud, repetitive noise about every 10 seconds at night, and the shower drain had a problem. A technician came to inspect, but the noise couldn’t be fixed right away, so our rest on the first night was affected. The hotel moved us to other rooms and later upgraded us, which showed an effort to put things right. Still, the replacement rooms had cleanliness issues: flies in one and leaves in the private pool. It may be worth checking the room, especially for noise and pool cleanliness, on arrival. I hope the hotel improves its building maintenance, plumbing, and cleanliness. The location and brand have strong potential, and more consistent operations could bring the stay up to the premium standard guests expect.

Azayzeh made a real difference to our stay. He helped us above and beyond what we expected, surprised us with lovely gifts, and treated us with genuine kindness and respect. He’s polite, professional, and warm-hearted, and we hope he continues to succeed and advance in his career. He truly deserves it. The hotel itself felt relaxing and welcoming from the start. Cleanliness, comfort, atmosphere, and the whole experience were excellent. We’d highly recommend it and would love to return.

The buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, presented to a high standard, and the staff were warm, attentive, and always happy to go the extra mile. My room was spacious and comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and well maintained, with breathtaking views that added to the calm, luxurious feel. The property’s scenery was a highlight every day, and it was easy to reach beautiful beaches, activities, and attractions around town. Even after eight years, the memories of my stay at Wyndham Grand Phuket are still vivid. It remains one of my favorite travel experiences, and I’d gladly return.

The infinity pool and the bed facing outdoors through a glass panel were lovely. The bathroom had strong water pressure, a separate shower, and a luxury bathtub. Breakfast came with our stay and had a huge range of choices for all kinds of tastes. There were also great food deals. My husband and I had a wonderful, luxurious time. The service was more than up to par, and whenever something went wrong, the staff were quick to fix it. Such a nice place to visit. I’d go back again and again.
