Home by the bridge (SHA Certified)

The owner was enthusiastic and very helpful, and the staff made us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and super comfortable, with Netflix on the TV. Breakfast was generous and delicious. We enjoyed this relaxing, luxurious-feeling stop on our drive home. If you’re passing through Kamphaeng Phet by road or visiting the historical sites, it’s a lovely place to stay.

The pool overlooking the Ping River was a highlight, especially at sunset. The hotel by the bridge caught our eye with its elegant exterior, and after emailing while on the road, we were glad to find rooms available. We booked two nights and were very happy with the choice. Our room was spacious, spotless, and just as pictured on the booking platforms; the property felt modern, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Khun Pla, the owner, even called personally to welcome us, which made us feel at home. The name Home By the Bridge really fits. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Kamphaeng Phet.

The peaceful, quiet atmosphere was my favorite part. I spent lovely #metime sitting by the pool and looking out at the magnificent Ping River. This is a small hotel beside the river and a bridge, about five minutes from the city. My room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. It was my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last.

Breakfast included a variety of fruit, sticky rice, pork, and yoghurt. There was free fruit when we arrived, too. This is a nicely furnished and decorated little hotel with just eight rooms, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The small pool overlooks the river and has a water jet so you can swim against the current. You can hear a little road noise, but it wasn’t intrusive. I’d highly recommend staying here.
