The rooms felt new, clean, and spacious, with very cold air conditioning and soft, comfortable beds. Two pillows are provided, and you can ask for extra ones at no charge. There’s just one key card. The large smart TV works with YouTube and Netflix, while the Wi-Fi is stable enough for casual use, though not especially fast. The hotel sits on a main road, but inside it felt quiet and peaceful. Sound insulation may not be great, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. Service was a highlight: the staff were polite, attentive, well trained, and ready to help. Breakfast had a limited but decent selection, including rice porridge, sausage, ham, and a different dish with rice each day. There was drinking water, coffee, sometimes juice, and some fruit. The dining room is small and can get crowded on weekends, but they kept the food replenished. There’s a complimentary coffee machine with unlimited refills, and snacks and drinks are sold at the hotel. Hairdryers and electric kettles aren’t in the rooms, but you can request them at reception. It’s outside the city center, so having your own car or motorcycle is more convenient. A gas station, 7-Eleven, and several restaurants are nearby. If breakfast is included, pick up a breakfast coupon from the front desk each day.

We managed to get one of the last rooms during the Kanchanaburi festival, at a very reasonable price. It was huge, too. The breakfast was tasty, and if you have a car or motorbike, this is a good place to stay. Highly recommended.

For the price, most things were good, but being put on the 5th floor made the stay worse. Reception said they couldn’t move us and warned that it might be noisy up there. I wish they’d been upfront about that when we booked, instead of telling us only after we arrived and had paid in full.
