Posh Resort

I cancelled and booked an AirBnb instead, but since I'd paid online in advance, I lost my money. I've never dealt with a more dishonest hotel, and I don't give that rating lightly. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. The main problem was that Posh Resorts wasn't at the Kanchanaburi address shown on Expedia or Google Maps at the time I wrote this. After several attempts to call and message them, I learned it was 22 kilometers North of Kanchanburi. Communication was terrible. On my first call they hung up within two seconds of me saying I was trying to find the hotel. The next call lasted ten minutes while I tried to give them my Line ID, but we gave up. I then contacted them on Facebook Messenger. They sent a link to a Thai website with the same wrong address as Google Maps. An hour later, while I was waiting at the address they'd given me, they sent a Facebook Messenger screenshot of a map from their Facebook page. It was a Thai map with no reference points and no use at all. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
