The room was tidy and clean, with a big double bed, though the air conditioner was a little noisy and there were cobwebs on the cabinet. One downside is that you have to rent for a long time. Adding your name to the subletting contract also costs an extra 1,000-2,000 baht.
This dorm shouldn’t get even one star. They charged a 1,000 baht fine for each chair over cracks that were already there when I moved in, but didn’t explain the details until I moved out. If I paid the fine and bought replacement chairs, wouldn’t those cracks have been there in the first place? The dorm didn’t buy new chairs, so I don’t see why they charged the fine. It’s excessive. Anyone thinking of staying here should be careful. I don’t want other residents to become victims of this, and this shouldn’t happen to anyone. Making a living from other people’s suffering isn’t what a mature, intelligent person should do, unless they have no other way to earn a living.
The internet has been upgraded and is super fast now. The dorm is very clean and safe, the staff are kind, and repairs are handled quickly.
Everything else is okay, but the internet is extremely bad. I can’t use the dorm’s connection for anything. They said they’d fix it last month, but there’s still been no change or repair.
The dorm is okay and clean, and the housekeeper is very kind. The mattress is a bit old, though, and it seems the elevator may not have backup power. That could be a little dangerous if the electricity goes out. Still, it’s okay overall.
