The hotel is showing its age in places, though nothing affected how it worked and it was still good value. Its five-star rating seems right for this area, but it might have a harder time competing with other hotels carrying the same rating. Just an observation, not a criticism. I’d happily stay again. The location is perfect, especially the lower part of Karon Beach 😉 The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool and swim-up bar were great, and breakfast had plenty of high-quality choices.

We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade, and the hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and very well presented. We really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was excellent quality, though I would have preferred the option to eat outside instead of in an air-conditioned room. We’ve realised as a couple that we prefer a quieter pool without lots of children, so this very family-friendly hotel would suit families especially well. Karon beach felt a bit much and wasn’t a nice beach for us. Kata Noi is cleaner. Avista is still lovely, and our stay here was stylish and comfortable.

From arrival through checkout, we had a really pleasant stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel in Phuket. The relaxing setting and seaside atmosphere made for a lovely holiday. All the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, and made sure we felt comfortable and looked after. Thank you to the team for the hospitality. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay by the sea.

The location was very convenient for the beach and shopping. We stayed four nights and had mixed feelings. Breakfast was 12/10. The chef and staff made it something to look forward to, with Shirish, Mangal and Jayant especially wonderful at showing hospitality. Housekeeping were super courteous and polite. The reception staff were accommodating and moved us to another room, but the rooms didn’t feel like five-star quality. They need an upgrade, and the service could use a revamp as well.

After more than 20 years of experience in this area, we’ve found our home. We’ll choose this hotel from now on. It’s quiet and set a little off the Main Street, but within walking distance of Karon and Kata beach. We were celebrating my brother and sister-in-law’s 30th anniversary, and the hotel did everything it could to make the stay unforgettable. The sea-view room with a pool upgrade was incredible. Every part of the team made us feel special, from the scooter security garde and the breakfast, restaurant, and pool staff to reception and the cleaner team. It was a dream stay.
