Panacea Retreat

Villa Kalya was a wonderful hillside retreat for our family, with room to relax and enjoy a bit of adventure. The scenery from high above was spectacular, and waking up to sunrises and the sounds of nature made it feel like a real break from busy life. Swimming in the private infinity pool while looking out at that view was a dream. The staff were warm, attentive, and always went beyond what we expected. My family loves playing Mahjong 🀄️ together, and even though there wasn't a proper table, they managed to arrange one for us. They were always ready to help. We can't recommend the villa enough and can't wait to return.

The views were the standout for me. Each morning I woke to huge panoramic scenery that seemed to stretch forever. The villa was beautifully designed, with a touch of local character. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for and pampered, so I could relax on vacation without stress. A refreshing swim in the private pool to start the day, then a leisurely breakfast on the terrace looking out at those views, would be my recommendation. A perfect place to unwind and recharge. 🫶

We loved our weekend at Kalya Residence. The hillside setting has beautiful island views and a huge pool, and the rooms were comfortable and easy to get to, with hardly any stairs. For getting up the hill, a van for the day was more reliable than taxis and cost the same. Khun Tai and the team gave us a warm welcome. We really appreciated the thoughtful turndown touches and being able to borrow a table for our mahjong games. Highly recommend!
