We enjoyed the free rides to and from the beaches a couple of times a day, and the hotel has good potential. Still, at this stage I don’t think I’d recommend it. It feels overpriced for what it is, and seems mainly used by locals for long-term accommodation. Some were quite loud at night, and the pool area, though close by, is at a different hotel. Loud locals had pretty much taken it over in the afternoon. The rooms were nice, but the bed was too short and the old air conditioning didn’t work properly. The reception was usually unattended, and staff didn’t speak English well. Breakfast could be better. The whole setup felt highly unprofessional.

The shower was extremely small, but everything else was great. My four-night stay was super clean and a really good price, and the room had a fridge. The hotel runs a free shuttle to Karon Beach and Kata Beach at set times. For a car, Orange car phuket or Easy to book car at web site (quickly found in google).

The front desk was incredibly friendly. The lady helped us whenever we needed something, whether she was calling reliable scooter places, suggesting trustworthy exchange desks, or giving directions. The rooms are simple but have what you need, including Aircon, and they’re cleaned daily. The location is very central, so the beach, kata night market, shops, restaurants, and hikes are all within walking distance. The main attractions are also a short drive away.

After just one night, we knew we didn't want to spend the other two nights we'd already paid for here. Our room was filthy: stains on the sheets and pillows, a dirty showerhead, a broken toilet seat, an unclean air conditioner, a TV that didn't work, and an extremely hard, uncomfortable bed. They'd moved us from a studio to what they called a “nicer room,” which makes me wonder what the studio was like. The breakfast buffet looked so poor we didn't want to spend money on it. We found a much cleaner hotel nearer the beach for $20 more per night. The woman at reception said she couldn't refund the remaining nights and told us to contact Expedia. That was a dead end too, since Expedia wouldn't refund us either. Don't stay here. If you can, pay a little extra and go somewhere else.
