Dome Kata Resort

The chef came out to welcome us and have a chat, which was such a lovely personal touch. Everyone on the team was kind and friendly, and the whole visit felt as warm as time spent with close friends or family. Breakfast was fantastic, with enough variety for everyone to find something they liked. I'll definitely come back. Thank you all for making the visit so meaningful!

The room was clean, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. What made the visit feel especially personal, though, was the staff. Lucas, Shi, and Josh were so welcoming from the moment I arrived, and they really seemed to care how guests were doing. They'd even ask about my day. When anything went wrong, they worked quickly to sort it out and make sure I was comfortable. Thanks to their kindness, I had a wonderful stay. I'll be back and would recommend the hotel to anyone. The rooftop pool was a great feature, and the location worked well for exploring, with Kata Beach about 10 minutes away on foot and Karon Beach around 20. Shops, restaurants, and the night market were close by. Our four nights at Dome Kata Resort were really comfortable. The hotel was very clean and the air conditioning was good. We did have a couple of Wi-Fi problems, but the staff responded quickly and fixed them right away. Breakfast is well worth including: great coffee, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, chicken sausage, toast, yogurt, and plenty more. Ruby and her kitchen team were a highlight, so friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great time in Phuket!

Chef Noom made breakfast a real treat. Try the hot oat milk, and the other things they offer too. You can tell he cares about guests' health and knows his stuff. Josh was also wonderful and did an excellent job throughout our stay. The owner can be proud to have staff like him. Dome Kata Resort was very clean and in a handy spot, close to everything. We had a wonderful stay.
