The pool was refreshing and set in a lovely spot to cool off and relax, though there aren't many loungers because of the limited space. The hotel was clean and tidy, and we slept comfortably. We heard some walking and conversations in the corridor, but it quieted down before night. There was construction next to our room, yet the hotel was still quiet enough. The location is central, but just far enough from the main street's bustle.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and they handled things quickly, including an express checkout even with a group ahead of me. Breakfast was very good, especially the fresh fruit and hot dishes. We had four water bottles in the room, plus access to water in the lobby all day and night. Our economy twin on the ground floor was clean and comfortable, and quiet enough despite being near the elevator. The bathroom drain was the one drawback: I had to pause the water and wait for it to go down. I'd come back for the clean stay and good value.

The hotel reminded me of the Intercontinental Chiang Mai, where I stayed last year, and it's become my new favorite place to stay in Chiang Mai. I liked it enough to extend my visit. I was told booking at the front desk gets a discount. The location is great, on a quiet side road at night but an easy walk from the main attractions. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The beds and supportive pillows were comfortable, and the room had a 55” UHD Samsung smart TV, Mitsubishi mini split A/C, and good lighting in the room, bathroom, and balcony. The towels were soft and absorbent, the shower stayed hot even when I took a long one, and there were plenty of outlets, including USB-A and USB-C by the bed. I could also control the room lights from bed. Wi-Fi was very fast, so working on my laptop in the lobby or by the pool was easy. Breakfast was freshly made, tasty, and filling. There was a water refill station and free glass bottles in the lobby, available 24/7, and I could take as many as I needed. This newly built hotel feels like they spared no expense. I think it could become a top contender as more people hear about it.

The breakfast was vegetarian and super delicious, with at least six hot dishes each day, plus homemade pastries, fresh bread, fruit, and salad. Glass bottles of water were always available in coolers, and the pool was a nice extra. Our room was neat and clean, and the staff helped us book excursions. Such good value for the price, I highly recommend this hotel. I wish I could give it more stars!

It’s easy to walk to lots of restaurants, massage places, temples, and many of Chiang Mai’s sights. The staff were welcoming, kind, and happy to suggest nearby places when asked. Rooms were clean, and the TV lets you sign in to streaming services if you have your own subscriptions. Breakfast is included, with authentic Thai choices as well as more American-style food. Coffee, tea, and water were available anytime. There’s a pool open through the day. We never swam, but it looked picturesque in the middle of the lobby and breakfast area. Highly recommend staying here.
