Welladee Wellness Chiang Mai

Breakfast worked well for everyone in my family, and the staff were so warm and friendly that we felt right at home. The hotel was spacious, very clean and quiet, with a convenient location that made it easy to relax. We'd love to stay again when we're in Chiang Mai, and recommend it to others! 😍

The staff are kind and attentive, and the cleaning team deserves a gold star. The place has been operating for years, but everything is still well maintained. There's a gym, pool, spa and massage, restaurant, and café, so it's easy to recharge or work without leaving. My favorite thing in the room was the workstation. Rooms are clean, roomy and comfortable, and even the 30sqm one fits two adults, little kids and luggage. All the essentials are covered. It's a peaceful little hidden gem, and I'm almost afraid to share it in case it gets packed with tourists, haha. It's outside the busiest tourist zone, private and quiet, but only a short ride from the main attractions. There are local and Japanese restaurants nearby, along with a bake&coffee shop, 7-11 and supermarket.

The interiors were nice and the location cozy, but cleanliness and service need attention. There were cobwebs in spots that are hard to reach, and a half-empty water bottle from the previous guest had been left hidden in the overhead cupboard. Maybe it was laziness, maybe forgetfulness. The welcome tea arrived after check-in, with no warning, when someone entered my room while I was taking a bath. I had forgotten to use the extra locks, but that doesn't excuse it.

I had a calm, relaxing stay, and the staff were genuinely helpful. The location is quiet but still convenient for getting around Chiang Mai. Breakfast was tasty and good quality, and having a washing machine in the suite was extremely handy. I'd highly recommend it for a comfortable, peaceful stay.
