The only thing that bothered us was the rainwater pipe from the roof, which empties onto the metal platform outside the small main room’s terrace and makes a lot of noise. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay for our group of five. The apartment had three rooms, three bathrooms, and three terraces with tables and chairs. We appreciated the large free parking area, spacious rooms, complimentary drinking water and snacks, and free use of the washer and dryer. There was a big TV with Netflix, good internet and strong Wi-Fi, plus a fridge, kettle, microwave, plates, and cups in the living room. The main bedroom had a view where we could watch squirrels jumping around. The shower stalls had curtains to keep water from splashing across the bathroom floors, and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Good value for the money. It’s near the Maya area, with the famous Michelin Khao Soy on the next street. There’s no lift.

We were on the third floor in a clean, private place with three rooms and two bathrooms, plus a balcony with outdoor seating. I’d been a little unsure about the quality after researching it, but for us, it was well worth the price and not scary at all. There’s a fridge and microwave, and the beds were comfortable. Towels were good, and a hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo were provided. The air conditioning gets very cold. I don’t think there was any buzzing sound, and we slept comfortably. Downstairs, the washer, dryer, and iron were free, and all worked properly. There’s also a private parking lot.

The kids were so happy here, and we loved having parking. The room was clean, cute, and convenient, just right for a family. It came with Netflix, snacks, drinks, and the amenities we needed, including a kettle and microwave. This is perfect for lazy people like us! My daughter was especially happy about the shared washing machine and dryer.
