The staff were accommodating and brought room service each day, with complimentary bottled water, which I appreciated. When my first room felt too loud, they kindly moved me somewhere quieter, so I could sleep at night. I also felt fine leaving my laptop in the room while I was out and letting the cleaners in. There were some real annoyances, though. Ants got into my room and, somehow, into my bag. I only realized I’d carried a little squadron of them with me after arriving in another country. I assume this isn’t an issue in every room. The internet also kept cutting out, and reconnecting often meant typing the password all over again into their insecure login system. My experience was a bit mixed.

Good value, with a large room, a big fridge, and decent beds. Parking is okay, with about 10 spots, though the TV is tiny and the internet sluggish.

Street food is close by, including Phad See Ew and Khao Man Gai for 40B, and it’s a five-minute walk to 7 Eleven and lots of restaurants. I had a spacious studio apartment at the end of the building for a good price. It wasn’t fancy, but it was comfortable and quiet enough. The fridge, microwave, double bed, air conditioning, shower, and bathroom were all fine, and reception was friendly and helpful.

This feels more like an apartment building for long-term stays than a guesthouse or hotel, and most of the people staying there are Thai. The rooms were quite dirty, with outdated furniture that was partly broken or scratched. Staff seemed annoyed by requests and weren’t very helpful. They spoke very little English. I can’t recommend it, and would avoid it if possible.
