Eden Resort

The view here is lovely.

The sunset views from these spacious apartments are stunning 🔥. The hostess is friendly and helpful, and they’ve recently put in a new pool. Great apartments!

I rented an apartment here for a year and am currently dealing with serious problems. There are holes in the roof, and water is dripping from my ceiling. They want to take my 123,000 baht deposit and make me leave. I’d avoid this place completely. I’m here now, so we’ll see what happens next. I strongly advise people to stay away.

I booked through Airbnb, drawn in by the view, and was surprised by the high price for what seemed like a luxury hotel. The reality is very different. I’ve seen claims that the reviews are written by realtors. Maybe it was once a nice place, but now it’s a 12/10 wreck. Dead toads are everywhere, and the unfinished, abandoned pool complex has rotten water. The rooms are dirty and have old furniture; the grounds are badly run down. The terrace is dirt and dry concrete, and everything pours into the room. Staff spent the first few days fixing furniture. It doesn’t justify the price. 0/10.
