The apartment was massive, and our one bedroom deluxe had everything we needed, including a good kitchen and washing machine. The pool area was lovely, with a great view. It was quiet and rarely busy, though the water was a bit cold for my baby. The complex itself didn't have much going on, but that's what you'd expect from a self catering place. We stayed with our baby, and being right in the heart of Kata was great. I'd stay here again for this kind of holiday. One downside is the separate electricity charge per kw, calculated at the end, so it's hard to know what you'll pay. We paid 1000tbt for three nights, about £24.

The condo is very quiet and feels like home, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a swimming pool, lots of parking including motorbike spaces, and the beach is only a ten-minute walk away. I'd recommend staying here if you're visiting Thailand.

We had a lovely time here. The host was accommodating and helped us arrange tours, and the pool was big and lovely with a good view. Great location too, with easy access to food markets and the beach. I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

The apartments were clean and well furnished, with comfortable beds and appliances that all worked properly. We also really liked the pool, gym and games room, especially the table tennis and trampoline for the kids. The location is perfect, five minutes on foot to the night market and eight to the beach, with lots of good restaurants right nearby. We'd stay again. Just be aware that electricity is billed separately. We were there for seven nights and mostly used the aircon at night, but were charged 2300 Bhat. I think they are making a profit on it, and feel it should be included in the room rate, with electricity charged at actual cost.

The rooftop pool looks out over the sea and mountains, and the area has loads of shops, cafes and restaurants close by. We had fast internet, which was perfect for remote work, and the host stayed in touch and had everything well organized. The apartment was spacious, with a large terrace and everything for a comfortable stay, even a dishwasher and coffee machine. It took us exactly five minutes to walk to Kata Beach. Great value for money!
