The room was clean, I slept well, and I honestly felt at home at Fantasy Hill Kata. They clean daily and provide water and towels, and everything was really good. It’s on a hill, but I rented a motorbike and got up easily. It took me a little while to adjust during the first few days, haha. I think I personally prefer Rawai, though I stayed around there and slept here in Kata. There’s also a nice market very close to Kata for dinner and enjoying the area. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I come back :)

We chose a bungalow for our family stay because it felt more private. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy terrace, and a separate wardrobe room inside. 😍 For a peaceful break, the location works well, about a 6-7 minute walk from the beach. Staff rent out beach towels for just 10 baht. Starbucks ☕️ and several shops are nearby, so the essentials are easy to get. It’s a warm, family-run business with a real local feel, and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend! 💗

The hotel sits on a hill, so the balcony has a wide panoramic view, and the atmosphere is very calm. The room and terrace were very clean, and the staff were polite and super friendly. It’s well placed between Kata Beach and Karon Beach, with Starbucks, massage salons, and shops nearby. I recommend this excellent bungalow hotel.

My room was spacious and clean, with a huge bed, and the staff and management were excellent, helpful, and polite. The location is lovely: a minute’s walk from Kata’s lively streets, but tucked away and quiet, with a little garden. Kata and Karon beaches are only a short walk away. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely stay here next year.
