Sea Boss Homestay

We stayed at the property for about 20 days or more and rented scooters too. We had a great time and felt right at home. Both Doze and Jack were welcoming. Highly recommended.

It was quiet in this peaceful area even at night, yet just five minutes on foot from two 7-Eleven stores. Both Karon and Kata beaches were within a 10-minute walk, and a charming day and night market nearby had delicious food. The location felt perfect, and this was hands down the best place we’ve stayed in Thailand. The staff were friendly and attentive, and communication was easy because they spoke English well. They kindly let us check in an hour early, which was a huge relief when I was feeling unwell and needed to rest. This was the only place we stayed that provided free beach towels. The room also had a smart TV, so I could stream YouTube and other videos from my phone. We highly recommend it and would love to return!

The location worked well for us, and they also rent motorbikes. Our room had what we needed, from beach towels to a smart TV. The owner kindly checked us in late at night, and the staff were attentive and nice throughout.

Getting to both Kata and Karon beaches on foot was easy, and the Kata walking street food market is just around the corner, with a 7eleven a little farther along. We stayed in a roomy family room with a large double bed and a large single. It was very clean and had air conditioning, a TV, beach towels, and tea-making things. The staff downstairs were friendly and helpful. You can book trips or buy a Thai SIM there too. I'd recommend renting a motorbike from them: the bikes seemed fairly new and well looked after.
