GLOW Mira Karon Beach

I got food poisoning, not from GLOW, and the hotel staff took great care of me. They called a doctor to my room, ordered boiled rice, and checked on me several times. The room was spotless, and every staff member was so nice and helpful. It was a perfect fit for me, with a 10/10 location and a 3-minute walk to the beach. There's a safe walkway just around the corner, and the bars and restaurants in Karon Beach are 5-10 minutes away. The airport shuttle transfer, $40 each way, was worth every penny. I don't mess around getting to and from airports. I didn't try the breakfast buffet, but the pizza and 2-for-1 happy hour pina coladas were great. The rooftop bar is very nice, though beers are expensive. I had espresso, cappuccino, and lattes every day, and they were cafe quality. I'd 100% stay here again. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

The calm, comfortable stay at Glow Mira Karon Beach was just what we needed for a proper break. It's only a short walk to the beach, with lots of shops, places to eat, and things to explore nearby. There are massage spas around too, which made it easier to relax. Ms. Lyn and Dee at reception were welcoming and helpful from day one. Ivan and Cherry at the rooftop bar gave great service and made it feel relaxed, and Jojo from F&B always looked after us well. The whole team were kind and pleasant, and their hospitality felt sincere. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

I was at Karon Beach for the first time and stayed 2 nights. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the beach, Karon Park, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are new and modern, with an umbrella, beach bag, and beach towel provided. Staff were always friendly and smiling. Good value for the service, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

The team were warm, friendly, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. I accidentally left my wallet behind after checkout and was already on my flight, with no way to return. The staff emailed me right away and arranged to send it safely to Malaysia. I'm really grateful for their honesty and responsibility. They also surprised me with lovely birthday decorations in my room. I hadn't expected it, and the thoughtful gesture made my birthday especially memorable. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful hospitality. I'll definitely return when I'm in Phuket and would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family.
