The price is rock bottom, and you get a very clean, basic room with A/C. My Thai wife and I have stayed here twice already and plan to return. Breakfast is good, and there are plenty of nice restaurants close by. The owner speaks English, as does the cook, and they can arrange a taxi wherever you want to go.

For 500 baht, this is a simple motel that gives us what we need. Since we move between places every day, a basic room for one night works well, and the location is a real plus. It's near the beach and right on the nightlife street.
