Karon Boutique

The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the staff were pleasant, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. I checked out a couple of days ago and am already thinking about coming back. The only thing that lowers my score is that the building has no elevator.

The room was compact, but the bed was big and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and our pool-view room had a distant view of the Big Buddha. We heard some street noise, but it didn't bother us. The bathroom could use a shower curtain because water spills easily. We spent five days at Karon Boutique last month. It's a small, good-value hotel in a central spot, and the compact rooms suit a shorter stay. The pool is nice, though breakfast is served beside it, so you can't use the loungers until breakfast is over. Breakfast included eggs made to order, fresh fruit, bread, hot dishes, and soup. Vegan choices were very limited. There was no email contact before we arrived, but the staff were friendly. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it for an affordable, no-frills getaway.

We spent around two weeks at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were all friendly and kind, and we're very grateful for the excellent service. Highly recommended.

It's a nice hotel in a great spot, near the beach and places to eat. If your room faces the main street, though, the music and road repairs can be loud. I had to sleep with earplugs.
