Karon Butterfly Residence

Gary and his sense of hospitality are hard to praise enough. Two days before New Year, my Mum and I were stranded after a booking at a nearby property went wrong. We had nine nights booked and no idea what to do. Gary happened to show up, then immediately helped us with everything we needed, including water, internet, and somewhere to calm down. He spent three hours helping us sort it out and find a place to stay. Later, when he had an opening, we were able to stay with him for five nights. The apartment had a beautiful view, was very well cared for, and gave us quick access to the fantastic pool, a comfortable break from the beach. I couldn’t recommend this place more, especially with someone of such high human values and noble standards running it. Gary made sure we had everything we needed right to the last detail. Thank you again, you made our trip memorable, and I’m grateful life brought us together. A very happy lad, Tiago

The pool and the sunrise and sunset views were amazing, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. I stayed a few days at Woodbridge Property @ Karon Butterfly and found it complete, quiet, and spotless. I’m fussy about cleanliness, and everything was well maintained. The unit had everything, from a safe and iron to an umbrella and a well-equipped kitchen. You really only need to bring clothes. Gary was kind, attentive, and thoughtful, and his suggestions for the area were great. Just around the corner, I had the best Pad Thai in Thailand at a small local restaurant. I’ve tried it in lots of places, so that’s a fair comparison. There’s a bit of a slope at the entrance, which is common around here. Stairs are available, and it’s manageable either way. Taxis had no trouble getting to the property during my stay. After comparing several hotels around Thailand, I think the price is exceptionally reasonable for what you get. Highly recommended 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

A nice, quiet place with cute cats and a very kind Gary. The big, beautiful pool has free chairs that make for a lovely afternoon. There’s everything you need, including cooking facilities. If you’re planning a longer stay in Karon, I recommend this property.

The pool is well cared for and it’s only a short walk to Karon Beach, with restaurants and bars nearby. Woodbridge Property @ Karon Butterfly has spacious, modern rooms with the essentials, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a comfortable bed. Housekeeping kept everything impeccably clean. From arrival, the staff were friendly and attentive, and service was a real highlight. Mr. Gary helped us at check-in and check-out and gave us great ideas for places to visit. The team was also on hand to help with tours, transport, and local tips. I highly recommend the property for a comfortable, convenient stay in Phuket. The rooms, location, and welcoming staff make it a gem.
