We’ve been visiting Kata Beach for years, and for the last couple of years Kata Gardens 10C has been the one spot for us. It’s a top floor penthouse with a private pool, safe parking and a great location. Graham, Lillian and the staff are the best.

The apartment is huge, with several balconies, a rooftop pool and comfy beds. The rooms and facilities are beautiful, and the location is quiet with great high end restaurants nearby. We stayed in Penthouse 6C. My only issue was the lack of a lift, which makes this place unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, it’s a perfect spot.

We spent a month here with my family in unit 1C, a marvelous penthouse with its own rooftop pool. It had everything we could ask for: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bathtub, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen, among other things. There’s also a small gym and several pools to use. The best place I’ve ever stayed. Best of the best, and a perfect vacation!
