Kata Hill Sea View Hotel

We stayed two nights and would come back. The balcony had a lovely view of the sea and city lights, and the spot was peaceful while still being near the city. Our room was clean, with AC, a comfortable bed, and a nice pillow. Staff were friendly and helpful, even holding our bags before check-in and after check-out. They offered room cleaning if we wanted it, left a water bottle each day, and had good tips for tours and massage places.

We booked a family room with a sea view, one king bed, and another regular bed, but when we arrived they said they didn’t have that room type. We asked the hotel and Agoda for a full refund since we hadn’t received what we paid for, but they refused. We had to pay for another hotel ourselves and dispute the card charge because our money wasn’t returned. We felt scammed, so be careful with this place. The hotel and Agoda both gave poor customer service.

The room view was gorgeous, with both sea and mountains, and the accommodation itself was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I also liked the relaxing pool area and how close the hotel is to Kata Beach. Staff were lovely and always willing to help with a smile. I had a great holiday here and would come back. Lovely!

A quiet spot near the beach, shops, and restaurants, and really good value. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and beautiful views. The interior was simple and modern, and the AC worked well. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and would return.
