We booked unit K20 mainly because it was listed with a washer, but there wasn't one in the apartment. When I asked the owner, they pointed to a laundromat across the street. Check-in details for access and parking also weren't sent ahead of time. The welcome message only had the K20 apartments greeting and WiFi information. On arrival, we spent about 10 minutes trying to locate the unit, then contacted the owner, who sent a video with directions, the access code, and parking information. The building itself is nice, but it has units rented out separately by different owners, and K20 was a poor stay. It was dirty, with stained pillows and bed cover, a very dirty bathroom mat, and lots of ants in the kitchen. The owner didn't provide tissues, napkins, dish soap, trash bags, or other basic supplies. For an apartment rental, I expected those basics. This place offered less than the bare minimum, and calling it luxury is a stretch. For our 6 day stay, the owner left one one ounce shampoo bottle and one roll of toilet paper. When I asked for more, they said it would cost another 1,000 baht ($30 usd). We bought a roll ourselves for 30 baht ($1 usd), about what a family of 4 could spend on dinner in Thailand. If you're looking at this complex, I suggest booking one of the other owners' units on Airbnb and being cautious about unit "K20."
