We had plenty of space for our family, and the villa was very clean. Breakfast was made fresh in the kitchen each day, tasted great, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The pool at the villa was cleaned daily, and we could also use the infinity pool and gym at Kata hill’s other location, about five minutes away. The view over Kata from the infinity pool was lovely. Daniel and David were helpful. We arrived late, and Daniel came over from the office to check us in quickly and arrange breakfast for the next morning. All bedrooms had AC, and two looked toward the Big Budda. The neighborhood was quiet, with fans downstairs to move air through the ground floor. We had a car, so getting around was easy, and the beach was a five-minute drive. There was a washer outside for our private use, gated parking right in front, and plenty of safe private parking outside too. The master bedroom had a nice sitting area that could use a table and chairs. Out front, there was a good place to eat, hang out, or work, with a table and chairs. WiFi worked well throughout.

The place was quiet and under surveillance, which suited us since we didn’t want to stay right in the middle of everything. Kata beach was no more than 10 minutes away by scooter. Staff were great about giving us information and arranging rides. The women who cleaned and prepared breakfast were especially nice, and the food was always delicious.

The apartment was good, and the cleaner was very friendly and helpful. But the tumble facility shown in the listing wasn’t there. If you need to get out and tour around, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Just getting from the driveway onto the road could take around 10-15 minutes because of the traffic. Not a place I’d strongly recommend.

The kitchen had plenty of utensils for cooking, and they provided water, ice, plus small packets of coffee, sugar, and creamer. The villas were clean and housekeeping was good, though there were no special views. The owners ask for a deposit that feels too high.

The place was very clean and the staff were friendly. Just be aware that only one of the three rooms is full-sized; the other two are quite small. Still, a good place to stay.
