Oasis Villa

Katherine and Ian helped us plan well before we arrived. They were enthusiastic, professional, patient with all my questions, and arranged both airport pickup and a rental car. Their travel tips were useful for getting ready for our overseas trip. The villa is tucked into a quiet, friendly, and safe neighbourhood in a small alley, less than 2 kilometres from Rawai Beach. It’s a five-minute drive or about a 20-minute walk, with convenience stores, massage places, shops, and night markets within walking distance. The room matched the photos, with clean bedding and a full set of kitchen utensils. Since my parents, uncle, and aunties only speak Mandarin and we were arriving late at night, the hosts thoughtfully left Chinese service guides, snacks, and water bottles. Our favorite part was the spotless, spacious pool. Sitting beside it and chatting with family was so relaxing. Thank you for hosting us, Katherine and Ian. My family and I had a great stay and would love to return if it’s available. 😁

We spent a month at this lovely villa and enjoyed every bit of it. It’s set away from the main road, so it’s really peaceful, and you can hire a car if you want one. The twice-weekly cleaning was the best we’ve ever had. The pool was great, and some evenings we ordered takeaway, usually delivered quickly, and ate by the water. Ian and Katherine were always there if we needed help. A wonderful holiday, and we hope to come back.

The pool is huge, and the garden around it is beautifully maintained. Inside, there’s a lovely kitchen, great bedrooms and bathrooms, and a generous lounge. I’ve stayed at this villa several times and absolutely love it. Ian and Cathy are always available with help or advice on restaurants and things to do. It’s also conveniently close to several restaurants and shops. We can’t recommend it enough.
