When we checked in, we spent over an hour trying to find someone to open the room. Other residents happened to help us with contacts, or we would have been left outside. There wasn't even toilet paper in the room. On our last day, the administrator insisted we move because of an electrical problem. We didn't see any issue, but were told we had to leave the room. The replacement was smaller and worse. I went back to check what the workers were doing, and it turned out there was no problem. The girls had just come to clean. The administrator disrupted our holiday and cost us two hours packing and moving for no good reason. We were late for a meeting because of it, and I had to demand our original room back. I suspect they had transferred it and wanted to check in other people. This was our worst holiday. When we argued because we felt we were being deceived, the staff ignored our messages, hid, or acted as if they didn't understand. I don't think it's worth staying here, your peace of mind matters more. If I owned the place, I'd fire this staff. They should be cleaning toilets, not serving guests.

The pool is great, the shared areas are clean, and we had lovely views during a quiet stay. Our accommodation was privately owned and very basic, with little maintenance, though other units looked much better, so check the specific place before booking. It's at the top of a very steep drive, and some taxis refused to go up. We're fit, so we enjoyed the walk.

Don't mix this place up with Woodbridge Property @ Karon Butterfly, which operates from the same location. Their service is exceptional, and they're listed on Google Maps too.

They cancelled my paid booking just a couple of weeks before my trip, apparently to rent the room out for more money. They still had rooms available but didn't honor my reservation. Stay away from these scammers!
