Mr. Kai deserves a heartfelt thank you. He was outstandingly helpful, and his kindness and professionalism made the stay more memorable. The facilities were excellent and met my expectations. There’s a handy back path straight to Kata Beach, and hotel parking is available if you drive. Across the lane from OZO, food lovers will find a lively street food market and several local restaurants with plenty of tasty options.

Prego was a highlight for me, with excellent pasta and classic Italian dishes in a stylish setting. Breakfast was lively and well organized too. The team also stood out: staff were energetic, friendly, and genuinely warm, adding to the upbeat feel. OZO Phuket sits right in the busy heart of Kata, about a 3-4 minute walk from Kata Beach. Restaurants, nightlife, street shopping, and plenty of activity are right outside. The design is bright and airy, with lots of natural light and a colorful, modern, slightly avant-garde style that feels youthful and lifts your mood. It’s a lively, contemporary stay for couples, friends, and families who like being close to the beach and in the middle of things.

Steve at reception was especially friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel is also well placed, with the beach a 3-minute walk away and cafés, massage salons, and a night market with tasty local food just across the road. Our room was clean, modern, and new, and we enjoyed the good breakfast selection. The pools work well for adults and kids. We’d happily come back and recommend the hotel.

AON at reception gave our group such a kind welcome. We arrived early, and she arranged complimentary breakfast and early check-in, which really made our day 😊. Everyone at the hotel has been welcoming. The room has enough space for our group, and we’re looking forward to the next few days here. Recommended for everyone!

There’s a lot close by: a 7/11 right across from the hotel, plus massage boutiques, a night market, fresh fruit, a pharmacy, clothing shops, exchange offices, and excursions. The beach is a one-minute walk away, and the hotel has pools and a chill room with board and computer games. The rooms are cozy and clean, and breakfast has a wide selection, from Chinese and Vietnamese food to European classics. It’s rated four stars, but the service, location, food, and facilities felt worthy of five.
