The rooms are decent, but noise is a real issue. Construction starts at 9:00 am a few times a week, and you can hear a knock in the middle of the night or children next door. Also budget for utilities: electricity is 8.5 baht per kW and water is 20 per m3. With daily AC use, that can come to about 3000 baht a month.
