Seaview Residence

Kata Noi beach was very crowded when we visited in January 3023. The flat itself was lovely and came equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, iron, and ironing board. There was no washing machine, and the safety box was broken. The building felt secure, with high walls and electronic locks on all the doors. Noise was the main downside in Graedon’s flat. At the back, by the sunrise side and second bedroom, some building work and machinery ran 24/7. From the front, near the lounge and first bedroom, we could hear traffic and other flats’ a/c units. The cable car used by staff going to the laundry and people heading to the pool started moving outside the first bedroom window early in the morning. If your own a/c unit is burring 24/7, you probably won't hear most of it.

We were sold a two-bedroom apartment, B16, despite them knowing the electricity would be out for two days. There was no A/C or anything in that heat, and we couldn't even charge our phones. When I tried to leave and asked for a refund, they blocked me. Complete scammers.

We loved the food and the lovely Balinese staff at this fantastic resort right on the beach. We plan to return to Sadara Resort and highly recommend it.

A quiet, relaxing spot for anyone wanting a private getaway. It also felt safe walking around at night.
