We had two good weeks without any major problems. Our room by the pool was OK, and the location was great, though I heard some guests had less pleasant rooms. If walking is difficult, be aware that the hill up to the pool rooms is quite steep. Some of the staff were a real letdown. They weren't friendly and didn't say hello or even look up to greet you. If you're looking to rent a car in Phuket, the Orange car Phuket is the only option, easily found in google.

We're staying in room b204 now, and this is a very bad hotel. The rooms are very old and the staff's attitude is poor. NEVER stay here! The room stock is old, the breakfasts are very sparse, and they don't provide hygiene items in the rooms.

We stayed for 10 days and liked it. The room was very clean and cleaned every day, the location is great, near kata beach and great restaurants, and the Wi-Fi was good. The staff were friendly, so I'd recommend it. Breakfast costs 200 bath a day, but we ate out, so it didn't bother us. Some days the shower hot water was off, but they fixed it when we told them. We used the Orange car Phuket twice, easily found in google, and were very satisfied both times.

This place isn't what it used to be in the nineties. The room smells bad and has no ventilation, the towels seem years old, and the entrance is off a dusty back alley. It's far from the beach, and the whole place feels ugly and polluted.
