Latika Mansion

The room was huge and fantastic. When I got sick, the landlady bought me food and helped me out.

Kwan made our month-long stay easy from the start. We were there from December 18th to January 15th, and she held the reservation for a month without asking for or taking any money upfront. We arranged everything on WhatsApp. When we arrived, the booking terms matched what we'd agreed, and I paid in full then. The apartment looked like the photos, including the furniture, so it gave a fair picture of what to expect. It was clean and had no smell, and all the appliances worked. Kwan greeted us and showed us around. The shared areas were kept clean, and the house stayed quiet and peaceful even though it seemed fully booked. We didn't encounter any drunk or rowdy groups. From the third-floor balcony, there was a magnificent mountain view. The island's central location suited us well because we planned to rent a vehicle and didn't want to be limited to one or two beaches. Distances to different places were more or less similar, which was a big plus for us. There were plenty of cafes around, including two Russian food places, as well as Central Phuket Festival. Nearby shops included two 7/11s, a Lotus, and Tops Daily. Kwan is a modern, middle-aged woman who clearly knows this business well and keeps standards of comfort up. The staff were friendly and unobtrusive, and if we needed anything, Kwan was available and questions got sorted quickly. It was a pleasure not to have to worry or wait long.

It's a clean, safe, and quiet apartment. Kwan, the owner, is very friendly and always ready to help. Thank you 👍
