The rooms are clean, and that’s about all this place has going for it. Nothing special, and definitely not worth what I paid, almost 4500 THB for five nights. To me, it should be closer to 2k for seven days. These apartments are centrally placed, so they could suit backpackers or people who don’t move around much. I rented a bike, which made it easier to get around all of Phuket.
For 500 baht with no breakfast, it was a good deal overall, though they do ask for a 500 baht security deposit per room. We had to check in very late because of an emergency, and the process took more than 10 minutes. The older man at check-in seemed to move slowly. The rooms are spacious.

Good value if you’re after clean, affordable accommodation. This small hotel sits back from the road and is well maintained. There are fewer than 10 car spaces, scooter parking, security cameras, and room access badges. Wi-Fi is free, there’s a smart TV, and the shower was perfect, with towels provided. The bedding is quite firm, as is common in Thailand, and the ground-floor hallway gets noisy. I think a higher floor would be better. There’s plenty of storage, a large fridge, and excellent air conditioning. Reception has a washing machine and free morning coffee. Lots of Thai restaurants and a few bars are nearby, though the neighborhood is fairly quiet, so your own transport is recommended.
The owners, an elderly couple, were good to us, and both the surroundings and rooms were very clean. The air conditioning was nice and cold. Only downside was the people next door making lots of noise late at night as they opened and shut their doors.
