The pool is nice, but the gym is poor and lacks almost everything a gym needs. After more than six months here, my experience has been good overall, though the price is pretty high. It’s an average 30m² room for 10k baht. The front door guards are very strict about who enters. If your fingerprint hasn’t been saved, you have to write down your name and passport details. I realized quickly that the pool and guards weren’t necessary and the guards were pretty useless, so I wouldn’t choose them if a similar, cheaper option is available. You’re not in danger anywhere in kathu.

There’s plenty of space in the room, and it’s comfortable for the price. The place is quiet too. But the service is very bad. When the electricity or water is off because they haven’t paid for a month, they won’t help and just say it’s your problem. The power often goes off for almost the whole day.

I’ve never had a worse experience living in Phuket. We rented an apartment, but with all the rules and restrictions it felt like a shelter. Living here was miserable, and every small issue seemed to turn into a fine. I even thought about buying a unit at first, but renting before deciding was the right move. It was a big mistake to stay, though at least I realized in time. I’d rather give up my deposit than spend another day here. Please don’t live here.

The condo building is average. It costs 12k baht a month, the gym is trashy, and the Wi-Fi is good.
