From bed, through the glass doors and balcony, I could look straight out to the sea. The views were incredible, and there's a lovely pool overlooking Patong Beach. It's easy to get in and out during the day or at night. The nightlife in Patang is close, but far enough away that it doesn't get loud at night. A 711 is nearby for anything you need. I totally recommend this Phuket hotel!

The sea view is amazing, and the beach is right across the street. The pool is very small, but the staff are friendly and helpful. Depending on the room, you may get a kitchen, terrace, and elevator, or none of those.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The room was clean, with comfortable sheets, and the pool was a nice place to watch the sunset. Friendly staff, excellent beach views, and good value for the price. Highly recommend.

The place is clean and in a fantastic location, but the service and communication let it down. From the start there were lots of negative messages about what you can't do and the penalties. Staff didn't offer support, and we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor because there's no lift. They also spoke a bit rudely and need customer service training. The hotel has a good structure, but poor communication is holding it back.

The beach is just across the road, and shops and other amenities are very close, which made the location a real plus. We were there in mid-January 2025 and had booked a sea-view room, but were told none was available when we arrived. They moved us to what seemed like overflow rooms at the front of the hotel. Ours was small but clean, with a patio big enough for two chairs and a little table. The neighboring accommodation looked straight over it.
