The team made everything feel relaxed and easy, and the room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. I did have a concern about the water bottles, though. Their caps didn’t look properly sealed. If those were sealed securely, the stay would have been perfect. I’d happily come back.

The peaceful setting right beside the beach was a big part of what made our week at Khanom Beach Resort and Spa so special. The resort is lovely, and the whole team was friendly, attentive, and made us feel looked after from the start. Ing at the front office helped us work through a difficult question, and her kindness made a real difference. Peach at the front desk was cheerful and welcoming, too. The kids especially liked “A.”, who even took us on an extra Tuk Tuk ride. That became one of our favorite memories. We left very happy and are already looking forward to coming back.

A lovely spot for couples or families wanting a little time to unwind. The pool is relaxing, the beach is lovely, and the staff are friendly and provide great service. I enjoyed everything here and would definitely return.

The staff were nice, the rooms were good, and the resort is right on the beach. But the management's thinking turned a good trip into a one-star experience for me. We paid 25,000 baht for two nights in a pool villa, plus meals, and were then charged 50 baht for a glass. The bathroom taps are awkwardly designed, with glasses stored behind them. I tried to pick up one that had been placed upside down, and it slipped because of the tap and broke. It was a washbasin glass, probably worth 5 baht, or 10 at most. At checkout, the hotel billed us 50 baht for it. When I pointed out that we'd spent 27,000 baht, they said it was management policy. I offered to give management 500 or even 5,000 baht to buy glasses so they wouldn't charge guests who spend so much. They seemed ashamed and said they wouldn't charge me. I told them the damage was already done by their arrogant attitude and poor judgment. I insisted on paying the 50 baht, and I was perfectly willing to donate 500 baht for more glasses. I don't want to promote a resort with that kind of arrogance, and I'll never stay here again. I'd tell everyone to boycott places like this so they understand the value of customers spending almost 900 USD for two nights. A nice resort can be undone by its management.
