Khanom Seabeach

We had a lovely, peaceful family stay surrounded by nature. There are only four villas, and ours had a private beach with loungers. The staff were so warm and helpful. A car may be useful for getting around, though there's a convenience store within walking distance. They also took care of my Muslim dietary needs: breakfast was halal, and the villa had snacks for the kids.

The four of us had a wonderful family stay in a beach bungalow, and we don't understand the negative reviews. Our room was clean, and the resort was well looked after with direct access to the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and sorted out everything we needed, including taxis, scooters, massages, and meals delivered to the resort. Breakfast comes from an outside supplier, but you can tailor the order and have Thai food brought in. We'd gladly recommend staying here.

We left almost as soon as we arrived because the room was filthy, in terrible condition, and nothing like what we had reserved. The facilities also seemed neglected and outdated. Staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and couldn't communicate in English, which made an already difficult stay even harder. We were even charged for a basic bottle of water. I strongly advise against this place if you expect comfort, professionalism, or respectful treatment.
