They were very accommodating, and the rooms are lovely. Breakfast was simple. There isn't much English spoken, but a smile and Google Translate were enough to get by. I'd gladly stay again.

The waterfall view feels authentic and the service is okay, but be ready for lots of stairs. I wouldn't recommend it for elderly guests. I also felt the room lost points for not having a refrigerator. The access road is complicated, so I'd get there before sunset.

The view and location are both great, but the resort needs more upkeep. After New Year's, the rooms seemed almost deserted and weren't being looked after regularly. With better maintenance and a place that's always ready for children, it could be one of the best resorts in Ban Khek Noi.
