Chanapha Residence

The food is the best in Krabi, fresh and delicious. The schnitzel was Michelin-star worthy. Hats off to the chef and staff. George and Deng were wonderful hosts, and this was our second visit. We’ll definitely return, even though we didn’t want to leave. The property is immaculate and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. A real hidden gem.

We only stopped for one night while traveling, but the atmosphere was lovely and had a real boutique hotel feel. The place was clean and good quality. We didn’t try the food, but the owner was a delight, and so was her dog Bella. It’s a bit out of the way, though very close to a great sunset lookout.

We spent one night here, and it was a highlight of our Thailand trip. The hotel is a peaceful, idyllic retreat, and being far from the main attractions only adds to its charm. The building and grounds are beautiful, with thoughtful details that make guests comfortable. The owner is a wonderful host who clearly cares about looking after guests and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’d definitely return. A lovely choice if you’re after somewhere tranquil and memorable.

The garden feels like its own tiny ecosystem, a miniature jungle wonderland with squirrels, fish, and beautiful birds. Sitting on the verandah was genuinely meditative. The gardens, cleaning, and cooking are all cared for so thoroughly, and the bed was comfortable. Even the bikes we rented were in top condition. This was our number one place. Thank you, George and Dang, for such a memorable time. When we arrived at Chanapha Residence and met George and Dang, it felt like catching up with old friends we’d known forever.
