The rooftop pool was a nice feature, and the location puts a shopping centre, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel seems geared toward Japanese business travellers, as are many places in Siracha. The restaurant only served breakfast during our stay, though I understand room service and other meals were expected after the kitchen refurbishment. The rooms are well set up for self-catering, especially for longer stays. They're spacious and well maintained, and the one-bedroom rooms work particularly well for that. My only room gripe is that the TVs could be bigger. It's a very good long-stay option.

The location, in an industrial area, isn't the best, though ride share is available to get around. The rooms are large, clean, and nicely furnished, with a kitchen, tub, sofa, and microwave. It caters to Japanese guests, but everyone is welcome, and the rates are reasonable. I love this hotel, one of the best around.

Geof was the best hotelier I've met on my travels in Thailand, special thanks to him. I think this is the best hotel in central Silacha, even better than Oakwood.

Our family room was roomy and came with a full kitchen and laundry facilities, and both the air conditioning and water temperature were easy to control and worked well. The floor was so dusty that our feet turned dark after just 4-5 steps, so use the slippers in the room. At breakfast, staff filled the dining table with things, leaving too little space for our group. We tried to tell them twice and got no response; on the third try, someone finally moved the items to the kitchen. It's a budget hotel for long stays, but for what we paid, it felt a little not worth it. The service was only just acceptable.
